Customer Value Group

In the corporate world, I did the following:

  • maintained the website
  • created the Facebook page and YouTube channel
  • created all the videos on the YouTube channel
  • used Google Analytics to report on visitor statistics
  • built up a database of 200,000 contacts in Salesforce
  • carried out mass mailings through Jangomail.
  • created webinars in gotowebinar that were attended by hundreds of CFOs and other finance professionals

The Customer Value Group was acquired by Xerox Services in 2013. In 2017 Xerox Services was rebranded as Conduent.
