Making your website is where it all begins and your vision becomes reality. I mainly use WordPress to make websites – it is the gold standard and most modern sites are now designed on it.

I have also used Wix and Squarespace if these have been client preferences.

I have been building websites for 20 years and enjoy keeping up with all the amazing options websites can provide their owners. Most of the options are free – you just need to know where to look! I have used many website building applications. In WordPress, I have significant experience with the likes of SiteOrigin, WP Bakery, Gutenberg, Elementor, UX Builder and Muffin Builder.

This is a wildlife-based website. It:

is a local business
allows visitors to donate or sponsor cheetahs
allows visitors to volunteer with cheetahs

Stop Bedwetting in 7 Days | Online Course

This website is designed to build a brand and sell a self-improvement course. It is:

built using Squarespace
introduces the course
funnels the user to the course on Teachable

Quantock View | Holiday Home

This website is promotes a Shepherd’s Hut in the Somerset. Customers can book online. They can also book on popular sites such as TripAdvisor, booking.com and Airbnb.

Built in WordPress, It has a calendar linked to all these sites so it is not possible to double book.

Barbara Parkins | Photography

Hollywood Star-turned-photographer Barbara Parkins used her website to promote and sell her photographs. It is built in WordPress and links to Shopify and The Creative Hub who take orders from her website and fullfil them to order.

Power Dragons | Local Sports Club

Power Dragons is a karate club for kids. It needs to provide information to parents who want their children to learn martial arts and, more importantly, it needs to be found on Google and Google Maps.

It is built in WordPress.

Castle Balloons | Events & Shop

Castle Balloons is three services in one:

Events company – arranging the decor for events around the country
Local business – it needs to be found locally
Online shop – if customers would like to buy specialist balloons online, they can do so.

This WordPress website caters for these three requirements

Customer Value Group | Global Corporate

This website was written in HTML in 2009. The Customer Value Group provided financial software to clients globally.

It not only provided an overview of the company’s offerings but it also allowed potential customers to sign up to webinars online.

In 2013, The Customer Value Group was acquired by Xerox.
